AFCO is committed to minimizing vehicle accidents while safeguarding employees and third parties lives by improving the traffic safety awareness and ensuring that the company’s as well as contractors vehicles are well maintained and equipped with safety devices .
Drivers
Only AFCO authorized drivers can drive company vehicles, authorized drivers must receive appropriate Defensive Driving training and awareness courses to ensure that driving risks are managed to principles. All drivers must adhere to the speed limits and must not use hand phones whilst the vehicle is moving.
Vehicles
AFCO vehicles are equipped with IVMS and all the safety equipment, seat belt must be used by the drivers and all the passengers.
Night Driving
No night driving only in case of emergency, needs permit from the top Management.
Journey Management
AFCO drivers will follow strict HSE rules and use the JMS. the system will review weather conditions, road conditions, speed restrictions and rest periods.
